I of course, got my online profile reset and looking for a fix came to the forums. I do not come here regularly and I did send a PM to a Dev ( I think) I`m just trying the most effective way to fix and if this was a correct way, and if not the best way. My thanks for anyone who can help!
It is true that once you get the EULA that your profile has been reset. However, ND put in a work around in patch 1.13 so that they can restore your account. The key is that you must not level up beyond level 10 before you get them to restore it.
