Also, thanks for being insulting in your signature (I'm talking about this: "↑ whats the point of having a stat card that doesn't work ↑"). May I point out that you're complaining about a completely free service, that's costing me money and that takes up a lot of my time? Did that ever cross your mind? Let me give you a nickel's worth of free advice: be respectful toward the people who ask for nothing in return and yet, still provide something to others. (though respect and/or gratitude is always highly appreciated)

I totally appreaciate your wok despite this is the first time i've used your cards, I know it must be difficult balancing time for stuff that you don't get anything back in return. Take your time, you have no obligation to anyone, your doing this out of your free time and thant should be it
