Does anyone else get "Connection Error" when they try to play any online match other than Co-Op?  Every time I start a Deathmatch game, my character freezes after few seconds and I get kicked out with a "Connection Error" message.  This does not happen when I play Co-Op.  I can play other games online (MGS4, GTA, KZ2 etc...) without issue.  This really sucks, because one of the main reasons for buying this game was to be able to play online.  Im running a wired connection through a Linksys router with 5 MB/s down and 2 MB/s up.

Im in the same boat.  I can play maybe 50% of the 5v5 games i get into.  I have everything checked out looked at the connection strength myself when the tech was here.  Got a new 2wire modem and router combo.  I have tried every setting on the net to try and fix this and basically all I can come up with is that this is a game issue.  Please patch this ND.

When someone leaves the game, everyone gets kicked out. It's like COD4 and the "The host has left" message.

I have had the game for a few weeks and am unable to connect to the multiplayer, and this is the only game I am having issues with COD and other games work fine.  I have opened all the ports suggested by Sony support, my ISP, Naughty Dog, and the forums, I still get syncing errors with player data, player models, and levels.

Any suggestions?

Yeah I have the same problem, I'm able to play co-op mode but not any team deathmatch, eliminations,etc. I get in the game for a few seconds then I get the connection error. What's worse is that I still get the penalty as if I left the game on my own. I tried port forwarding all recommended ports, tried DMZ. I use a linksus WRT54G router, and my os3 is using a wired connection. All other game work perfectly online. Is it possible that there is actually a problem with the copies of uncharted that were sold?

I get (connection error) very often, and i have to pay 40 000$ evry time.  Its sucks!

yaeh, everytime I play a deathermatch or execution or basically anything other than co-op, there is a connection error, and my character has never frozen but I'm guessing it's just happening to other people and booting them and then the game is over for everyone else. not fair. there needs to be a way to filter people into games that all have good connection. I just want to get my trophies so I can play as marco polo...

ITS HAPPENED TO EVERYONE IT STARTED ON 6TH OCTOBER WHEN IT WENT DOWN FOR EVERYONE AND NAUGHTYDOG HAS NOT REPLIED TO ANY SINGLE PERSON, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT THE STAFF AS IM NOT SURE HOW TO. THEY BETTER NOT KILL OF THE GAME HOPING PEOPLE WILL MOVE TO UNCHARTED 3 AS THATS WHY I DONT PLAY 3 NOWHERE NEAR AS MUCH AS I PREFER UNCHARTED 2, IF THEY KILL THE GAME COMPLETELY ILL SNAP U2 AND 3.

its not connection on october 6, 3 days ago it went down for all and has beeb disconecting every single person, not one person I know has finished a game without a you were removed from the game message.
