Unreal Tournament 3 (PS3)

I've been downloading the mods for Unreal Tournament III for the PlayStation 3 (there's quite a lot of them out there, not only the comunity packs). And anfter havnig some bounch of them the loading takes REALLY long now. The game gets really sluggish (only in the loading parts for the moment). So can somebody help me here? How can I improve the loading of my PS3? Is it better to have the game NOT installed in the hard drive and just run it from the disk so the file in "Game data utilities" wouldn't be so big? (Beyond 4GB so far including the game installed).

By the way, the mods I've been downloading are from UT3MOD.COM

What is this problem due to? Is it the system's RAM?

If anyone can help me here I would really apreciate it!

Keep your mods down to 10-15 smaller ones or 5-10 larger ones. Every mod gets pre-loaded thus the long loading times so it's best to keep only the ones you play on a regular basis.

Installing the game to the HD only helps out when loading stock content
