top down mods?

Anyone know if there are any Top-Down shooter mods for UT3.

I haven't found any. I have pretty much every mod ever cooked for the PS3.  3rd person via the Action Cam mod is about it.. And UT3 2D. 

 

The CODA Sword mod has a weird shaky camera, also third person though..
