Is there a way to send a mass ps message to all players met?

Yes, just go to create message and tick off people from the players met list.

I just would like to be able to invite players to join my game if the server we were just playing in disconnected.  Doing it one at a time takes forever and then most have joined a different game by the time I send them a message.

Note:  You can only send 12 messages at a time.

I think they have to be on your friends list no? Can't remember.

Nope. The "players met" show up after scrolling through your FL.
