A lot of times, ping can be issue in games, so allow all regions to host at least one game, if not more, during this tournament event. For example, during one game, North America could host; another game, Europe could host; and another game Australia could host; just take turns in which region gets to host during their game against another region. This way, every region has a fair shot of winning the tournament event

Yep, this is what we were thinking, we'd like to break it down into three matches per round with one hosted by either side, and one hosted by us to make it all fair.
Maybe if it is a hit we can start a league of sorts, arrange times, and have a playoff every now and then?
