Sorry for the mega bump, but I was looking for the Warhawk font myself and found your post.

Anyway, I did a little more searching through dafont and this is almost certainly it: http://www.dafont.com/bombardier.font

I think Palatino bold is close, but relacing "Warhawk" by my clan name for a sig is impossible or me. I would need to hire a professional graphic designer. Dam.
