Also have you been away 4 a while? There was a tournaments giving out the blades and me and sevin got them, were not on the GGL list I don't think either of us even participated.

Is the knife a DLC or Already in the game, and a game-save file just unlocks it? Then i guess it could work locally...

The knife was installed on the game patch which is why the first batch of knives in the 2008 GGL were given the same day as the 1.5 patch. Who actaually has the blade is saved on the warhawk central server with the players stats. The local player mode is run from your online stats which is why you have the same customazations as your real accont. The knife will work without a save and anyone who doesn't beleive can delete their gamesave and see that the knife still shows up even with recruit cloths on.

yeah guys, I actually found out that Dylan keeps all of the files on the main sever in california. In fact the only things on the disc are those "Bonus Movies" and "Music" lol (and obviously all of the stuff for LAN, but its compressed into an unreadable data.psarc file). if someone can edit the psarc file, there just might be a way to play NOT ONLINE with modifications.
